Homehub is a wholly owned subsidiary of IAG New Zealand with branches located in the major metropolitan cities of New Zealand and provides market leading home reinstatement services for IAG customers. As a subsidiary of IAG New Zealand, New Zealand's largest general insurer, it is critical that this role builds strong relationships with key stakeholders both externally and internally within the IAG New Zealand business. It is expected that through these relationships with key stakeholders, the reputation of Homehub and IAG New Zealand will be enhanced. This role is responsible for the strategic management of Homehub to achieve planned growth and profit objectives as well as identification and development of substantial business opportunities from customers and suppliers. Develop and Implement Customer Lead Response Process. Create and maintain sales collateral including brochures, presentations, proposals, and operations including direct E-marketing. Develop and Lead Collaboration with Suppliers. Collaboration and Coordination with Marketing Team. Identify, Develop and Lead Customer Relationships and Expectations including Reporting on Customer Service Performance. Skills & Capabilities Experience in Sales within a relevant field. Tertiary qualification in a relevant field. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
