You are professional and knowledgeable about your property, and you build strong relationships and create bonds with your guests.Establish parameters, quotes, negotiate prices, and seal contracts.Participate in tradeshows, conventions, and promotional events. Maintain accounts, contact, activity, and business details.Submit monthly and weekly sales plans and market analysis (monthly) as well as daily sales/activity reports.Design and execute sales plans and strategies for the assigned segments and be responsible for increasing sales and revenue.QualificationsYour experience and skills include:Relevant sales experience is an asset.Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.Additional InformationYour team and working environment:Introduce the team, property, or office environment in a way that reflects the culture.Note: Customization may be included for any specific local or legislative requirements, such as work permits.
