Role
Servicing all of NZ but based in Auckland
Identifying new landlords within NZ to partner with
Converting commercial discussions into signed contracts
Negotiating on opportunities
BD- networking and cold calling
100% BD focused
Requirements
Previous sales experience is a must
Experience within the property industry ideally working with landlords
B2B sales experience
Proven sales track record
Good communication skills both written and verbal
NZ experience is a must with ideally local connections
