Job Description About Company We (Guang International Ltd) are a wholesaler, importer of dollar store items, located in Auckland.
We supply them to diverse retail shops across New Zealand.
We are currently looking for a Sale Manager.
As a key player reporting directly to the Director, you will have the opportunity and freedom to lead cross functional customer account teams in the development and delivery of growth strategies.
Summary of Job Responsibilities : Identify and pursue sales opportunities, evaluate customer needs, and close deals.
Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Handle negotiations, close deals, and manage customer objections.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and better results.
Oversee order processing, delivery scheduling, and customer account management.
Occasional weekend work will be required based on business needs.
Qualifications/Experience Applicants for this role should have: At least 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles or Bachelor degree Excellent communication and organisation skills Strong Leadership qualities Attention to Detail Customer Service Focused Second language skill is advantaged This is a great opportunity for a diverse and challenging role in a fast-paced environment.
