On top of that we have a golf course, driving range, mini putt course, extensive lawn games and so much more to PLAY and enjoy whilst sharing your special occasion with us Qualifications & experience First and foremost - experience in selling and delivering sales results Experience in the Function or Events space - as a Duty Manager, Function Host, Co-Ordinator or any other role Knowledge and experience in the hospitality or customer service industry Tasks & responsibilities Managing function enquiries via email, text, phone, online or in person Meet with clients - sell the exciting new branding of our functions centre and convert the enquiry into a confirmed function Head out into our business community to sell Gather Eat Play and turn these new contacts into bookings with your epic customer service and selling skills Undertake courses and training programs that we offer to further your skills set Work with our General Manager to further develop Gather Eat Play to make sure we re maximising our potential Take the lead on Functions (from time to time) or work with our team of Function Hosts to do this for you. Manage our current client base of Function customers Present to the General Manager weekly your results and problem solve strategies to drive business.
