Working for a family-owned business, our Sales Managers are given ownership to make decisions when and if required.The role involves creating, developing, enhancing, and assisting relationships (existing and new) with staff, key customers, and vendors. You will work alongside a tight local and wider regional management team.Our goal is to be the best in the market and we are proud of our history and company values that help us achieve this. Your drive to help us do this is critical to the role and branch success.Key Relationships:ManagementBranch & Sales staffAll customer contactsNew & potential business and clientsKey Responsibilities:Assisting in achievement of annual budgeted sales targets and marginsAssisting management in leadership, mentoring, and client interactionManagement of allocated accounts and creation of new potentialsMaximizing sales and profitable opportunities across the group as a wholeMaximizing sales potential of any designated clients allocated to the roleConsistent contact with key decision makers and prospectsIdentifying new opportunities that align with strategic planningKey Accountabilities Include:Developing and assisting with all sales strategiesSetting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performanceEnhancing, encouraging, and developing the brand and associated tools with combinations of training and selling out. Achievement of sales budgets, K.P.I's and targetsEnsuring systems are in place identifying new potential customers and opportunitiesEnsuring timely effective answers and solutions for all clients, management, and staffSupporting all marketing initiatives, products, development, and sales activitiesDriving a solid customer service attitude through the staff, branches, and regionsComplementing and assisting with the overall Group strategic goalsEnsuring the sales channel works cross-functionally with other channelsComplete, correct, and appropriate use of systems tools including tasks associated with theseManagement of staff and H.R systems and policiesAny additional tasks deemed necessary by your direct reportSkills Required:To perform the responsibilities listed and achieve success in the role, the Sales Manager will demonstrate the following skills:Ability to build relationships with peers, cross-functional counterparts, and managementCommitment to helping others be successfulAbility to unite a team under a shared vision and understand what motivates each memberUnderstanding of pricing, margins, and discounting impactsAbility to prioritize and effectively manage time to deadlines and under pressureWorking knowledge of E.R.P system, Microsoft Office 365 tools, Workmate, and BambooHRAbility to communicate effectively to a wide range of internal/external contacts and the appropriate business channels #J-18808-Ljbffr
