Your drive to help us do this is critical to the role and branch success.Key Relationships:ManagementBranch & Sales staffAll customer contactsNew & potential business and clientsKey Responsibilities:Assisting in achievement of annual budgeted sales targets and marginsAssisting management in leadership, mentoring, and client interactionManagement of allocated accounts and creation of new potentialsMaximizing sales and profitable opportunities across the group as a wholeMaximizing sales potential of any designated clients allocated to the roleConsistent contact with key decision makers and prospectsIdentifying new opportunities that align with strategic planningKey Accountabilities Include:Developing and assisting with all sales strategiesSetting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performanceEnhancing, encouraging, and developing the brand and associated tools with combinations of training and selling out.
