We're seeking a Sales Manager with a passion for systems and data-driven strategies to lead our sales function. This is a hands-on leadership role, focused on designing and implementing efficient sales systems that drive performance, streamline operations, and enable informed decision-making across our diverse offerings.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a sales system to track leads, quotes, and performance metrics.
Select and integrate CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to automate data capture and reporting.
Establish quoting processes linked to pricing strategies and market insights.
Lead and support a small sales team, ensuring adherence to processes and coaching team members on CRM use.
Analyse sales data and provide actionable insights to improve team performance and strategy.
What We're Looking For Experience: Background in civil, construction, or quarrying industries preferred.
Skills: Proven sales management experience, CRM proficiency, and a systems-focused mindset.
Leadership: Structured, data-driven, and able to coach and mentor a team effectively.
