This exciting role will involve working closely with the Head of Professionals and the Customer Success Manager to execute the sales strategy, build lasting relationships with clients, and ensure the product's success.As an EPeep within the Te Ao Maori for Professionals team, your work will have a real impact on professionals and organisations across Aotearoa New Zealand, connecting and supporting them on their journey in cultural competency. You will also have the freedom, support, and resources you need to develop your skills and grow your career.What you will doGrow revenue by identifying and nurturing relationships with new and existing clientsManage the sales pipeline and ensure all data is accurate and up to dateConnect with key decision-makers including C-level executives, HR, L&D, and strategic partnersArrange product demonstrations for non-purchasing clients, both in-person and virtuallySupport workshops, roundtables, and insight sessions for clients to enhance product usageLead the handover process for new clients and re-engage previously churned clientsMeet targets for new trialling and purchasing clients, as well as revenue goalsContribute to product content development and share market insights with the Product & Content teamsAttend and organize networking events, conferences, and other opportunities to promote our productAbout youProficiency in te reo Maori me ona tikangaProven track record in sales, with experience in meeting and exceeding revenue targetsStrong networking and relationship-building skills, particularly with senior executives and strategic partnersConfidence in leading a sales team, with the ability to mentor and support team membersFamiliarity with the competitive landscape and ability to provide insights to the product teamStrong business acumen, with the ability to strategize and create go-to-market plansExperience in managing a sales pipeline, forecasting, and ensuring accuracy in dataEquitable opportunities, growth, and development lie at the heart of how we work at EP.
