Why we need you? As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving growth in New Zealand through Medi-Map. You'll manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and ensuring a smooth handover to the implementation team. You'll build strong relationships with healthcare clients, provide feedback to inform product development, and work closely with marketing on proactive strategies. This role offers an excellent opportunity to tailor solutions to client needs and drive success in the healthcare industry.
What You'll Do Achieve Sales Targets: Meet ambitious goals for SaaS licenses and professional services, driving Medi-Map's growth across New Zealand. Build Lasting Relationships: Cultivate multi-level relationships within aged-care organisations to foster long-term engagement and client satisfaction. Manage a Strong Pipeline: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by proactively identifying and qualifying leads that support sustainable growth. Tailor Solutions to Care Facilities: Understand the unique needs of medication management and demonstrate how Medi-Map's solutions enhance resident safety, compliance, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with Marketing: Partner with marketing on business development initiatives, including outreach, content creation, and industry events tailored to aged-care and similar verticals. Ensure Smooth Implementation: Oversee the handover process to the implementation team to guarantee seamless onboarding for new clients. What You'll Bring 5+ years of B2B sales experience in healthcare, tech, or SaaS, ideally with a focus on solution selling. Experience in Aged Care or Clinical Settings: A background in aged-care, clinical roles, or healthcare education is highly valued. Strong Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with aged-care operations, compliance needs, and the healthcare technology landscape. Excellent Communication Skills: Proven ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and communicate effectively across multiple levels within organisations. Goal-Oriented & Solution-Driven: Track record of meeting revenue goals by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions. Proficient in Sales Techniques: Demonstrated skill in moving prospects quickly through the sales funnel, with experience in CRM tools. What You'll Achieve Sales Growth: Drive significant revenue growth in the aged-care market by achieving sales targets for licenses and services. Client Retention: Build strong, lasting relationships with aged-care clients, ensuring high levels of engagement and retention. Industry Leadership: Represent Medi-Map at key aged-care and healthcare events, building our reputation as a trusted solution for medication management.
