Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and drive revenue. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners.
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Conduct regular meetings and presentations to foster strong relationships.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to adapt strategies and identify new opportunities.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses. Track sales activities and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Work closely with other departments, including marketing, revenue management, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
Experiences and Skills required:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with sales tracking tools.
Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
