The role of the Sales Executive is to support the Cluster Director of Sales to promote the reputation and success of our properties: Rosewood Kauri Cliffs, Rosewood Cape Kidnappers and Rosewood Matakauri.You'll be a savvy sales professional who is skilled at establishing and maintaining relationships, who has a beady eye for detail and exudes a sense of pride as you promote our incredible products.Key Responsibilities Include:Managing client inquiriesProduction and submission of proposals and contracts to clientsResponding personally and directly to the appropriate account manager or other department(s) as requiredWorking with Revenue, Events and Reservations to convert businessChampions the Sales Force, leading best practice within the CRM programSupports Management to build CVENT profilesProduces monthly CVENT lead reports, prospecting repeat group businessSends and follows-up on MICE proposals and contractsEnsure accurate data capture of accountsAssist to manage the administration of familiarization tripsActive participation and submission of reports at sales meetingsAdministrative duties including expense reports, database management, travel arrangementsBeing "Brand Ambassador" at all times and ensures brand integrity and clarity are always maintainedModels the company's culture, vision, mission and core values through all communicationsWhat you will bring:Previous Sales experience in the Hospitality IndustryExcellent computer skills, including MS PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Excel and WordHighly organized and detail orientedAbility to meet deadlines, and work well under pressureAbility to work as part of a team, in a collaborative environmentThe willingness to travel to our properties when requiredWhat we offer:We offer competitive wages and access to our Staff Perks Programme with a wide range of discounts and deals with our suppliers and partners.
