About the role

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Junior FX Sales role is vital to Ebury's growth, focusing on delivering an excellent customer experience. The company is seeking a recent graduate who is available immediately and possesses the right attributes and mindset to learn quickly, take initiative, and achieve results in a fast-paced sales environment. Candidates must be available to start by November 18th for onboarding and sales training in Australia.
  
Responsibilities Conduct research and qualify potential clients, actively contributing to building a comprehensive database of leads. Contact C-level executives across various industries via phone. Gain insights into clients' businesses through consultative questioning, to understand their key challenges and effectively educate them on how our solutions can assist. Collaborate with the team to develop and present valuable FX solutions, progressively learning to create these solutions independently. About you Motivation and Drive: Demonstrated motivation to achieve goals, grow career and a competitive nature. Resilience: Ability to overcome objections and setbacks with persistence and strong stamina. Resilience to be adaptable in a fast paced, changing environment. Sales Discipline: Highly proactive and organised, with the ability to maintain high levels of sales activity with a sense of urgency. Professional Presentation: Well-presented, with the ability to make a positive and memorable impression in all interactions.
