Your new role


Reporting to the National Sales Manager, as Sales Engineer, you will be a key technical resource, working closely with the sales team to bridge the gap between their customer needs and technical capabilities. Your responsibilities will include identifying small and large projects, with customer requirements, presenting the business, services and product solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of technical solutions, for the South Island. You will also be involved in developing and maintaining quoting, inventory, and QA procedures, as well as supporting the sales team in maintaining the quality of information in the dedicated CRM system.


What you'll need to succeed Knowledge and experience in the water/wastewater treatment sector

Excellent sales and business acumen ability with proven success

Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
