Sales Engineer

Understanding the customer's requirements and communicating clearly to ensure those needs are met is essential. It requires a solution sales approach, so you're probably more 'farmer' than 'hunter'. You're strong with detail, recognizing the benefit of recording your activity on the CRM for the benefit of the team.The role is self-managing, and you'll be trusted to plan your own call cycle around the Lower North Island and Upper South Island territory. You can be based anywhere in the region as long as you can get to the office in Wellington once a month.
