Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic individual with a passion for sales to join our Auckland-based team. As part of this role, the successful candidate will help to develop the market and customer base for their region. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone wanting to take on a new challenge and help to continue to build this area of the business. This role is offering a salary ranging from $100,000 - $110,000.
Job activities will include but not be limited to:
Searching for new customers, quoting, following through with orders and maximising client potential in industrial automation industries.Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing and new customers through managing and interpreting their requirements.Persuading customers that a product best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both customer and company needs.Collaborate with pre-sales and engineering to develop and propose the correct solution to the customer.Act as the main contact for pre-sales technical assistance, product education and after-sales support services.Reporting and analysing sales and costs.Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects.Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.Liaising with finance and customers to ensure accounts are opened, payments are made on time according to contract terms, and accounting queries are followed up and resolved.Entering, updating, and maintaining customer opportunities, sales activities, and details in CRM.Furthering knowledge and keeping up to date with new technologies and applications and how to use them using internal Bosch systems, communities and networks.Working knowledge of other Business Units portfolios across Industrial Automation.Learn, follow, and use internal procedures for sales, engineering, service, and warranties.Complete Bosch assigned training and attend meetings as requested.Identify and develop potential partners.Supporting other team members and business stakeholders in training, sales activities and project scopes.Answering calls and emails from both internal and external stakeholders within a reasonable time frame.Attending sales meetings with team members and managers.Performs additional related duties as requested or required.
Qualifications
New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident.A bachelor's degree or five years relevant work experience.Proven experience in Assembly Technology, end of line packaging and process knowledge, conveyors, profile, manual/semi-automatic/fully automatic assembly, and packaging process.Proven experience in Linear Technology, linear motion technology, linear axes, electro mechanical cylinders, screw assemblies, linear guides, linear bushings, ball rail systems, multi axis systems.Ability to understand and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.Experience in Sales (Industrial Automation Equipment needed).Proficient Microsoft Office and PC skills.Current Driver's License.Effective communication skills.
