Sales Enablement Manager (Sydney or Melbourne) This role is responsible for the organisation and facilitation of sales enablement training to our internal customer team.

The role
Sitting within our Customer team, the Sales Enablement Manager will act as a liaison between Customer Sales, Marketing and Strategic Alliances & Partnerships teams, working with sales leadership to define sales support initiatives, positioning CyberCX as Australia's greatest force of cyber security professionals.
The role is responsible for the organisation and facilitation of sales enablement training to our internal customer team, designing and developing proposal material and other supporting assets to enable CyberCX's sales people to demonstrate the value and benefit of CyberCX products and services to current and potential clients.
Day to day you will:
Lead the creation and deployment of appropriate training, content/sales messaging and sales enablement processes, practices, forms, and tools to support the sales team
Create written content to educate Customer Sales teams on CyberCX professional services, and to advance customer deals, such as case studies, competitive information fact sheets, product collateral, presentations and internal data sheets
Work with the Marketing team on individual campaign assets that support our go to market plans
Train and upskill sales team on best use of marketing and sales enablement materials
Manage the sales enablement content repository inputs and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible to Customer Sales teams at point of need
Determine content adoption metrics and define sales enablement best practices
Work with Marketing to understand and leverage NPS and customer experience feedback, ensuring that market and customer feedback is reported on and actioned within the Customer Function
Assist on sales calls and demonstrations as needed
Gather feedback from Customer Sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve content and delivery
Work closely with Customer Operations team to identify areas of optimisation and education for frontline sales staff
Skills and experience
This role requires full working rights in Australia (no current or future sponsorship will be offered).
5-7 years' experience in either a sales operation or supporting role, experience in writing sales collateral, facilitating training sessions for sales people, and determining and measuring content adoption metrics
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills with an ability to build credibility with senior leaders and internal working teams
The ability to clearly and persuasively communicate the value of CyberCX's services
Skilled in responding to setbacks in an agile and resilient manner
Strong organisational, project and time management skills
Tertiary qualifications in Business or Information Technology are preferred but not essential
