You will also be responsible for supporting the Project Director with staff recruitment, development and site financial management.
Duties include but are not limited to Deliver the required sales targets for the site by supporting and motivating staff to achieve performance goalsAssist in providing appropriate training, education and performance monitoring for sales teamSupport marketing programs and educate sales staff on the marketing strategiesFollow and represent the Company in an ethical, moral and professional manner with adherence to industry and Company best practicesActively participate in management duties, training sessions and sales meetings and provide on-site support to sales employeesShow integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility and delivering on the promiseDisplay leadership values by ensuring effective communication and respecting your peers and managers; support others within the team and empower each other wherever possibleWhat You'll Bring To be considered for this great opportunity you will be able to demonstrate the following;Have a passion for sales and delivering an exceptional customer experienceExposure to Call Centre environmentsPrevious experience in Timeshare/Vacations ownership sales is desiredBe driven, self-motivated and results-focusedSound problem-solving and negotiating skillsAbility to recognize financial trends and their application to the businessBe flexible to work the operational hours of the site, including evenings and weekendsHow You'll Be Rewarded Discounted Hotel & Resort stays globally
