We specialise in helping our partners be more than just a transaction, with an effort to sell more tickets than any other provider.The Role - Sales Director: We are seeking a dynamic and high-performing Sales Director to lead our outbound sales team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving sales growth, implementing cutting-edge sales technologies, and building strong client relationshipsKey Responsibilities:Revenue Strategy: Implement comprehensive revenue generation strategies to achieve and exceed company targets. Relationship management of tier one customers.Strategic Leadership: Shape the future and drive explosive growth within the business. Cultivate a high-octane culture, mentoring and motivating your team to greatness.Market Expansion: Identify, improve, develop, and maintain all systems and processes for sales and revenue streams i.e. market analysis, prospecting, and reporting. Write compelling and persuasive tenders to secure new business contracts. Partnerships: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with event organisers, venues, promoters, and other key stakeholders to drive revenue growth. Performance Metrics: Set and monitor key performance indicators to measure and improve the effectiveness of revenue-generating activities. Financial Oversight: Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts.Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, seasonality and emerging technologies to ensure Flicket remains at the forefront of the ticketing industry.Reporting: Provide robust and regular financial updates to the Executive Team, on revenue performance.
