With a strong focus on technical expertise, project management, and customer satisfaction, they aim to drive the adoption of solar energy and contribute to a greener future.Due to growth, they are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative / Lead Generator to join their team.About the Role:As a Sales Development Representative / Lead Generator, you'll play a vital role in driving sales and developing business by identifying and qualifying potential customers. You'll build relationships and contribute to exceptional customer experiences.Key Responsibilities:Engage with inbound leads who have expressed interest in solar and storage solutions.Effectively qualify needs and wants, assisting in developing the Company's sales pipeline.Build customer rapport and set the sales team up for success.Conduct outbound calls to generate leads.Engage with leads, transferring well-qualified leads to the sales team.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.Accurately document interactions in their CRM system.Research new opportunities and identify decision-makers, as required.Track and manage leads and sales stages to ensure achievement of personal and sales team targets.Assist with marketing content and process development.Encourage customer reviews and referrals.What is on Offer:Comprehensive technical and sales training provided in-house.Inbound lead focus.Full-time position with 40 hours per week.Career path to Technical Sales Representative for the right candidates.Competitive compensation.Ideal Candidate:Experience with cold calling and lead generation.Proficient with G-suite tools (Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets) and possesses strong computer literacy and CRM tools.Experience in sales or a similar complex retail environment.Demonstrated track record of performance and punctuality.A proactive approach and a strong drive to achieve goals.Strong organizational and time management skills.Additional skills in graphic design, copywriting, and marketing would also be an advantage.Remuneration:Depending on experience and performance, the successful candidate will earn between $50,000 to $60,000 per annum and up to $12,000 annually via performance bonuses.The ideal applicant is not afraid to get stuck in and be hands-on in the development of my client's business.
