The Opportunity We are looking for a self-motivated, driven, Sales Support Officer who is looking for a platform to establish themselves within a supportive environment.
Working as part of a broader customer sales team (across Aust.
& NZ) and reporting to the Sales Support Team Lead, you will enjoy building relationships across a diverse customer base including key accounts, distributors, workshops and general consumers.
Your common- sense approach, can-do attitude and willingness to learn and support the team as required will be critical to your success.
Working proactively in a fast-paced work environment, you will; Provide excellent customer service and assistance to customers (phone/email)Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty Manage inbound and outbound callsAdminister returns and goods requests with processing of required documentationHandle return stock (manual handling of product involved)Enter customer orders and resolve customer queries in a timely mannerMaintain product and technical knowledge on a regular basisWhat we are looking for A self-starter, who is outcome driven you take great pride in providing excellent customer service.
Ideally you will also have; Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role (Automotive Aftermarket Retail or Industrial industry is preferred)Demonstrated aptitude to understand and convey technical information in a simple mannerProficient in MS Office suite (Word/Excel), working knowledge of Pronto would be advantageousAction oriented, curious mind and eager to learn with an ability to work autonomouslyAbility to manage tasks in a timely manner and strong organisational skillsCustomer-centric with a solution focus approachWhat's in it for you?
