In this role, you will gain valuable experience in household removals, both within New Zealand and internationally.This is primarily an office-based position, with occasional support needed for our external sales consultant. A full Class 1 driver's licence is required to assist with this backup.Key Responsibilities:Responding to customer inquiries in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.Managing a high volume of internal sales leads and opportunities.Preparing accurate and competitive pricing estimates and quotations for potential clients.Following up on estimates and quotations to convert leads into business.Nurturing prospective clients throughout the customer journey.Providing sales support to our external sales consultants across New Zealand.Assisting with scheduling and conducting live video or on-site pre-removal surveys when needed.To succeed in this role, you will need:Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and confident phone manner.A full Class 1 driver's licence.A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.Excellent computer skills - proficiency in all Microsoft basic applications.Ability to work independently and efficiently.What we offer:Comprehensive training and development to ensure your success.A supportive and people-focused work environment.A strong foundation of brand values that prioritise our team and customers.A Monday-to-Friday work week, plus rostered Saturday mornings (8am-12pm).If you are ready to take the next step in your career with a company that values its people, we'd love to hear from you!
