About the Role As a Sales & Customer Service Assistant , you will be the face of the company, responsible for ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for customers.
Your role will involve promoting a wide range of gases, welding, and safety equipment while supporting customers before and after their purchases.
Key Responsibilities: Manage phone and counter sales, process orders, and respond to inquiries.
Promote and upsell new products effectively.
Develop and maintain in-store displays and promotional materials.
Manage stock and oversee the dispatch and receipt of goods.
Contribute to a diverse, inclusive team with a strong safety focus.
Learn about modern welding processes to enhance your technical knowledge.
What We Are Looking For: Previous experience in retail sales with a strong customer service orientation.
Confidence in representing a wide range of products and services.
Excellent time management and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of industrial and safety equipment is advantageous; a willingness to learn is essential for those without experience.
