We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Sales Co-ordinator to work alongside our Furniture Specialists and assist customers via phone, webchat, and online enquiries.
Your role will cover:
Supporting the sales team with quoting, order processing, invoicing, and providing input into product selection
Assisting with co-ordinating client projects to ensure accuracy and timeframes
Developing relationships with core customers to provide sales assistance and process repeat orders
Developing relationships with key suppliers
Supporting with project installations and deliveries for clients
Managing our customer database along with our Furniture Specialists
Input on design for client commercial projects
Being the first point of contact for showroom customers and assisting with online customer enquiries
Client database management
General admin duties
What we're ideally looking for:
A friendly phone manner
Time management
A positive attitude, independent self-starter, and a team player
Competitive, dynamic, and results-oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication
Experience in Salesforce would be a bonus
An interest in keeping up with the latest trends and online innovations
