Sales Coordinator (Support Australia/New Zealand) INSATO Furniture Sdn Bhd. (HQ - AUSTRALIA)
Minimum Requirements:
Possess Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service Management, or a related field.
Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales support, order management and customer service preferably in a multi-national company.
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written in English to support Australia and New Zealand. Fluency in Native-level Australian English is an advantage.
Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent listening skills with a positive and energetic phone presence.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy.
Generate sales orders and send to warehouse ensuring timely delivery.
Respond to customer queries on product specifications, pricing, availability, services, and updates on shipment status.
Handle customer complaints and ensuring prompt resolutions.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments regarding customer enquiry and complaints.
Maintain good relationships with customers.
Manage sales-related documentation and records.
Perform other ad-hoc administrative works as required.
Job Highlights:
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7.00am – 4.00pm
