Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be an integral part of the Sales team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences. Your role will include:Managing and updating the sales database and coordinating appointments.Meeting and greeting customers, providing a welcoming first point of contact.Supporting sales processes, including preparing materials and assisting with customer inquiries.Helping to organize and support events, such as open weekends and tours.Assisting the Sales Manager with general sales administration and follow-ups.Qualifications:About YouTo succeed in this role, you will bring:A proactive, customer-focused attitude.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.High personal presentation standards and professionalism.A genuine interest in engaging with older people and their families.Full time 40 hour working week, with the flexibility to work one day in the weekend when required.Additional Information:Our purpose is to bring the best of life to our residents.
