About the roleAre you passionate about providing customers with expert design advice and interior solutions for their homes? We are seeking a highly adaptable and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Interior Design Consultant. No two customers or homes are the same, so your ability to suggest a diverse range of options and tailor solutions is crucial.Along with customer service, you will also help to maintain stock levels and inventory as well as managing the customer database in our POS and online systems.This is a Monday - Friday role, with a fortnightly Saturday morning shift.Key Skills and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will work closely with customers from the initial consultation to the post-installation check-up.
