We are looking for a self-motivated sales person with a strong Dairy background who has a passion for offering genetic solutions to Dairy farmers through understanding their aspirations and challenges.
We're a small team that is part of a global network, providing access to experts across the globe, so you'll enjoy autonomy while also having the support of a wide range of specialists.
This involves: Understanding and promoting CRV products and services.Developing and implementing breeding plans with customers.Providing post-sales service to help customers achieve their breeding goals.
Location for this role is preferably in the Southland region.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience with dairy farming and the wider industry. Some knowledge of animal breeding / genetics is preferable, but if not, you will be a quick learner.
You will also need to understand NZ dairy farming systems / seasons, and how this relates to decisions made on farm.
To succeed in this role you will be able to demonstrate:
Effective planning and organisation to produce results working autonomously.The ability to develop and communicate knowledge of CRV products / services.Good communication through listening and building relationships internally and externally. A proven track record in a rural sales environment.Accurate and timely administration skills with computer literacy.
