We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our Palmerston North team. Your primary focus will be on building strong customer relationships and selling a diverse range of flooring solutions. You'll have the opportunity to engage with customers both in our showroom and in their homes during measure and quote appointments, ensuring a dynamic work environment.
While weekends tend to be our busiest times, we value work-life balance. Enjoy the best of both worlds by working Tuesday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm and Saturday 9.00am – 4.00pm.

Key Skills and Responsibilities
In this role, you will work closely with customers from the initial consultation to the post-installation check-up. Therefore, we are seeking someone who values the complete customer experience and strives to deliver the best possible results.
Follow up on customer leadsMeasure and estimate flooring requirements, and develop detailed plansProvide cost estimates, quotes, and close salesConsult and sell readymade window furnishingsMaintain point of sale (POS) and inventory databasesFoster excellent staff relations between flooring installers, office, and shop staffFollow up with customers after installation to ensure satisfactionMeet or exceed sales targetsKeep up-to-date with technical product knowledge Benefits
