We're on a mission to be the best residential roofers in the Wellington region, providing our customers with an exceptional roofing experience. We're seeking a SALES SUPER STAR to join us. At the heart of it – we are looking for a go-getter who can engage with clients, build strong relationships, and skilfully guide potential deals to a successful conclusion.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and cultivate new leads and prospects.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Articulate the benefits and features of our roofing products/services.
Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
Achieve and exceed sales quotas and targets.

What You Will Bring to the Team:

Sales experience (of at least 3 years) with a proven successful track record.
A reasonable degree of fitness as you will be required to go up ladders.
Full NZ Driver's license.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals.
Passion for sales and a commitment to excellence.
Proficiency with office applications and aptitude for learning new software and systems.
A high level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
