Overview: As a Business Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, consult with clients on their needs, and provide expert advice on our claims processes and services.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify target clients. Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations. Negotiate contracts and pricing terms. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information. Utilize the new IT system to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency. Qualifications and Skills: Proven track record in sales and business development. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Proficiency in relevant software applications. Knowledge of insurance or financial services industry (preferred). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
