About the role: This role is based across our Hunter Home showroom and La-Z-Boy gallery; working Saturdays - Tuesdays, at a total of 29 hours per week. As a valued member of our team at Morgan Retail, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our business. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting customers in selecting furniture that meets their needs and preferences. Providing product information, demonstrating features, and answering customer inquiries. Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintaining a clean and inviting showroom environment. Collaborating with teammates to achieve sales targets and operational goals. Upholding our commitment to high-quality service and customer satisfaction. The Ideal Candidate: We're looking for a passionate individual who shares our enthusiasm for furniture and interior design. The ideal candidate will possess: Previous retail sales experience, preferably in furniture or a related industry. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. A proactive attitude and the willingness to learn about our products and industry trends. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed. A genuine interest in providing outstanding service and building lasting relationships with our customers.
