Sales Consultant - Campervan Rentals Wicked Campers is a global tour de force in 4WD & Campervan rental and we believe road trips are the best way to holiday! Our customers can hire our Campervans, 4WD Campers & Cars from over 14 locations across Australia & New Zealand. We know RVs inside and out as we've been renting campervans, 4WD Campers & cars for over 20 years across Australia, New Zealand, the USA, Canada & South Africa. Due to increased demand, we seek a confident, outgoing, and customer-focused person to join our sales team. This role is full-time (40 hours) or can be part-time for the right candidate, Monday – Sunday, based at our Christchurch depot, and we are looking to fill this role as soon as possible. You will also have the opportunity to earn a sales commission. What You Will Do Manage inbound customer/sales enquiries Provide quotes, co-ordinate and process all sales orders Follow up on existing quotes by email, text & call Process booking confirmations & invoices, ensuring on-time sales fulfilment Manage the efficient and accurate flow of correspondence and information. Respond to queries across a multitude of channels including (but not limited to) Live Chat, Phone, email & text. Handle general enquiries, ensuring high levels of service is maintained. Ensure production output is matched to customer order requirements Ensure prompt completion of all after-sales documentation Maintain customer information database Perform administrative duties as directed About You Excellent interpersonal skills and an empathetic communication style Confident around a computer (Excel, Outlook, data entry) Comfortable with following processes and procedures Good time management and the ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure Experience in Sales & Customer Service, you go above and beyond to provide amazing customer service while closing deals Have an eye for detail, be happy to work unsupervised in a team environment but still deliver A degree in Business, Marketing or Tourism OR experience in Sales or Customer Service Tourism is highly regarded but enthusiasm and interest in learning is more important! Fluency in English both written and oral. Speaking either German, Dutch or French is a plus.
