Sales Consultant

The CompanyA household name in the flooring industry, you will join one of the best flooring providers in the market. They have an extensive range of contemporary and luxury flooring; carpet, timber, laminate and vinyl ranges. Their customers include residential one-off jobs, as well as volume work through group housing companies, designers and industrial clients.The JobAs a flooring sales specialist it's your job to measure and quote jobs with customers, and then project manage and oversee the install (using contract installers) to ensure customers jobs are delivered at the highest standard.At times you'll need to go out to client's houses to measure and quote, you'll also work hard to build and maintain relationships with commercial or large volume customers. You'll work 5 days a week which will include one weekend day – it's their busiest time and great to maximise sales and earn your commission.The base salary is approx. $70-75K, and the real earning is in commission. A good Sales Consultant can earn $100K, a great one can earn $120-140K.The Right PersonAttitude is key! We want someone who loves working with customers, picks up things quickly and works hard.
