About Black Bridge Nurseries: Black Bridge Nurseries is at the forefront of horticultural excellence, driven by the mission of Growing Together - empowering our People, building valuable Partnerships, and enhancing our Landscape.
With three nurseries across Auckland covering over 60 acres, they supply a vast range of native and deciduous trees, mature olives, and large specimen trees.
Their Wiri hub is home to a significant selection, including 30+ year-old specimen trees, while sites in Opaheke and Clevedon focus on deciduous trees and mature olives, respectively.
About the Role: As a Sales Consultant with Black Bridge Nurseries, you'll be part of a well-oiled machine - a close-knit team of dedicated sales professionals who truly love what they do and support each other to exceed goals.
You'll work closely with clients, from landscape architects to major developers, and play a key role in driving the growth and customer satisfaction that have made Black Bridge a trusted name.
What You'll Do:

Strategic Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and strategise ways to maximise sales opportunities and revenue growth.
Collaborate with marketing and business development to generate leads and create engaging sales content.
Innovate constantly to bring new ideas for business growth.
Tactical Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly sales targets and meet individual and team KPIs.
Respond swiftly to client enquiries, follow up on existing deals, and build strong, lasting relationships.
Lead nursery tours for clients, manage key accounts, and prepare customised quotes and presentations.
Maintain an up-to-date CRM and keep the team informed on sales progress and key opportunities.
Engage in regular team meetings, sharing insights and updates with colleagues.
