We're in search of a dynamic and engaging individual to become the welcoming face of our vibrant Te Anau & Manapouri Visitor Centres. Your role is the gateway to the heart of Fiordland, combining top-tier customer service with the art of inspiring our guests to embark on our 'must-see' and 'must-experience' adventures, infusing every interaction with a touch of passion.
You'll also work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth check-ins for day and overnight trips departing from Manapouri. If you're ready to merge your sales expertise with the enchantment of Fiordland, join us in crafting unforgettable experiences.

We are seeking someone who:
Has a proven track record in a high-performance sales environment.
Is a confident and engaging communicator.
Radiates a positive and can-do attitude.
Possesses excellent knowledge of the Fiordland, Rakiura, and Queenstown regions.
Has experience with reservation systems.
Can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a personable and professional demeanor.
