Sales Consultant- Dunedin

Trident Homes Dunedin is actively looking for driven, dynamic, passionate and hard-working individuals with an interest in the building industry to join their team and find leads and opportunities to generate new residential sales. We want someone who has excellent people skills and can consult with new customers to determine their wants or needs and to help clients choose a design package that fits within their budget and lifestyle. This role offers competitive commissions and hands-on industry experience, including event representation and lead management.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting directly to the FranchiseeGenerate new leads and follow up with potential clientsGenerate sales using the systems and tools provided within the Trident Homes team environmentMeet with clients and guide them through the process of designing their homeUnderstanding the building industry and the area/environment you are selling in.Understand Trident Homes' design range, processes & internal systemsAdhere to any and all company policies and proceduresFunctional RelationshipsBe an excellent team playerGood interpersonal skillsAbility to effectively engage with a wide range of peopleBuild strong working relationships both internally and externallyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsProblem-solving skillsDriven, enthusiastic and keen to succeedKey SkillsSales experience would be an advantage but not a requirementA great attitude and a willingness to learn is keyExperience with MS Word/Excel, Email & PC ApplicationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsProblem-solving skillsDriven, enthusiastic and keen to succeed
