The ability to work weekends is essential as these days are when the sales happen!
What does this role entail?
Selling our vehicles along with valuing and purchasing vehicles from private sellers
Manage leads and follow up in CRM system
Conduct test drives for customers
Maintain vehicle presentation
Promote Turners as the preferred business for buying and selling cars
Collaborate with teammates to provide an excellent customer service experience
Stay positive under pressure
Drive to exceed sales targets
What do we need from you?
Confidence interacting and negotiating with people
A good knowledge of cars
Previous mechanical experience is a benefit
Results focused and target driven
Strong verbal and written command of the English language
A full manual drivers' licence
