About the role
The position of Sales Coordinator is primarily responsible for support our national team of Account Managers on a day to day basis. Sales Coordinators require exceptional attention to detail, ability prioritise the work provided in a high paced work environment and the confidence to make decisions for the benefit of the company and respective Account Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a key point of contact for customers and account manager
Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
Process sales orders within SLA's as required to meet/exceed budgets for the national business
Liaise with internal and external stake holders
Proactively ensure backorders are under control and invoices regularly followed-up
Monitor open orders and adjust as required
Assist with the creation of products in the system
Work collaboratively within the state and national teams
About you
Experience working in administration / sales processing role
Experience with Salesforce (highly beneficial)
Proficiency with MS Office
Confident, energetic, and self-motivated individual
Excellent customer service skills
Strong interpersonal skills
A high degree of accuracy in data entry and strong attention to detail
A high level of numeracy skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Strong organisational skills and dedication to follow through
A good knowledge of JB's product range
