With your drive and expertise, you'll play a key role in expanding our team, building the business, and making a real impact.This distinguished, award-winning business, part of an international franchise group, is seeking a highly driven Sales/Branch Manager who isn't afraid of a challenge.Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and mentor your team to drive outstanding resultsIdentify and address productivity gaps to optimise team performanceRecruit top-tier talent and develop new consultantsForecast sales to ensure performance goals are metCreate a highly engaged team cultureEnsure adherence to real estate compliance standardsQualifications:At least five years of real estate sales experienceExceptional people management skills and the ability to inspire and lead a teamProven expertise in real estate sales, with a demonstrated ability to drive resultsA coaching mindset focused on developing othersThe ability to lead by example and build trust and credibility quicklyStrong negotiation skills and excellent client relationship management abilitiesA resilient, solution-focused attitude and a strong drive to succeedWhile a Branch Management qualification is preferred, we encourage candidates with the necessary qualities and a strong track record of success to apply.
