Sales Associate Position

To support our recent growth, we are looking for bright and outgoing Sales Associates to join in our award-winning team. This is an important role needing someone with great people skills, a positive approach to their work and the
ability to use initiative and work proactively.

Your primary focus is ensuring that the lead agent is working at optimum efficiency and completing only dollar productive activities. You will be the first point of contact for the team, both internally to other salespeople and managers, as well as externally with third party suppliers, other agencies and key industry relationships. You will have previous Real Estate experience, either as a Salesperson or as a PA or Administrator, as well as strong computer skills including Google Suite. The nature of this role requires you to be able to multi-task and prioritise with deadlines and requests often all coming in at once from different people.

This is a demanding role and the successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following:
Minimum of 6 months experience in similar role
The ability to work under pressure
Ability to work independently with initiative
Excellent time management skills
Well-presented and punctual
Showcase ambition and drive
An outgoing personality with a 'Can Do Attitude'
A commitment to outstanding customer service and communication
Tech savvy

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
Co-ordinate aspects of residential sales
Generate new business leads for business growth
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Updating social media
Prepare marketing campaigns
Vendor reporting
Diary and database management
Perform adhoc duties
