About The RoleWe are actively recruiting a highly skilled and energetic Senior Sales Associate to join our high-performing team at our Britomart Boutique in Auckland. Reporting to the Store Manager, the successful candidate will be hands on while actively collaborating with the team ensuring all KPIs and metrics are met. This role will be advocates for brand ambassadorship and actively foster long term relationships with our community and wider retail teams.
Our successful candidate will continually nurture, inspire and assist in driving our Ponsonby boutique from strength-to-strength. You will be versed in store operations and strive to be a leader in customer service and retail.
About YouHow you will contribute:
Actively utilise CRM stratagem to engage, develop and maintain interactions with our community while building a strong network of clientsConsistently strive to overachieve set sales budgets and KPIsUse product knowledge and internal training tools to maximise and drive salesEnsure VM presentation standards meet company guidelines and requirements all while reflecting the brandEnsure housekeeping standards are maintained in accordance to company guidelinesEmbody all areas of brand ambassadorship with a demonstrated passion for the companyPositively contribute to company culture – you will be warm, positive & forward thinkingAssist the wider retail team with all retail operational and inventory management dutiesSupport all store processes and complianceKey Requirements:
Proven experience as a seasoned Retail Sales Associate or similar role. Experience in a high-end retail environment desirable but not essentialExceptional and elevated communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organisational and time management skillsCompetency in Microsoft Suite and POS systems including inventory management softwareStrong attention to detail and demonstrated initiativeAbility to work autonomously as well as part of a wider teamAbility to work flexible hours, weekends inclusiveHow to ApplyPlease submit your cover letter and CV via the link below.
