Assist with stock control and uphold superior visual merchandising standards. Achieve and exceed sales targets and other KPIs. Act responsibly in compliance with the store's operation standards. Be able to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime if necessary. YOUR TALENT Work experience in retail, customer service, or the hospitality industry. Self-motivated and willing to meet/exceed sales targets. Ability to listen and use feedback constructively. Good communication and relationship-building skills.
