Full time Join Our Dynamic Team at Hercules Store and Hercules Instant Shelter Christchurch! Established in 2008, The Hercules has evolved from a small family-run venture into a thriving enterprise with three branches and an extensive online catalog featuring over 1000 high-quality products. From premium pet supplies to durable pop-up gazebos, we take immense pride in offering top-notch customer service and a diverse range of offerings. Location: 66 Magdala Place, Middleton, Christchurch Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9 am – 5 pm, Saturday 10-3pm Role Overview: We are looking for a driven, tech-savvy Sales Representative to join our Christchurch team. This role involves engaging with new and existing clients, selling our full range of Hercules products, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills and be comfortable using various software systems to track sales, manage leads, and enhance productivity. This is a full-time position, and availability to work on Saturdays is required. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth in the Christchurch region Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to assist clients in making the best purchasing decisions Work closely with the team to support promotional activities, events, and trade shows Track sales activities and progress using various CRM and management software (HubSpot, Xero, Quotient) Efficiently use digital tools and software for reporting, presentations, and communication Pick customer orders and assist with general warehouse duties when needed Key Requirements: Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail or outdoor products industry (experience in gazebos, marquees, or event equipment is a plus) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong computer skills, including proficiency with CRM systems, sales software, and digital tools (HubSpot, Xero, Quotient, etc.) Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software platforms Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused Valid driver's license and ability to travel for client meetings when needed Availability to work on Saturdays Ability to pick and pack customer orders and support warehouse operations What We Offer: Opportunity to grow within the company Staff discounts for purchasing Hercules products Access to a range of quality outdoor products to represent and sell Opportunities to attend events and trade shows to build connections and showcase our products #J-18808-Ljbffr
