POSITION DESCRIPTION Position purpose The purpose of the Sales Assistant role is dealing with customers and vendors on a daily basis.
This role will report to a manager or supervisor, who will generally provide daily instructions.
Main tasks Core objectives include: Work on customers' Request for Quote.
Search the market and provide quotes to customers on time.
Data entry in the sales information system, Pentagon.
Filing of such data, both physically and electronically.
Understanding ISO9001, ASA-100, and AC 00-56A knowledge, and following the Quality Assurance Manual for all jobs undertaken.

PERSON SPECIFICATION Qualifications High school diploma / College / University degree preferred.
Experience Relevant commercial or practical experience in sales, or 0-3 years' experience in sales.

Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.
Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.
