We're looking for a Sales Assistant to join the team at our Dunedin Store to work the following hours:(35 hours per week) Monday (8:45am - 4:30pm)Tuesday (8:45am - 4:15pm)Wednesday (8:45am - 4:15pm)Thursday (8:45am - 4:15pm)Sunday (9:45am - 5pm)What You'll Deliver:Outstanding Customer Experience: Create exceptional moments by connecting with customers, answering questions, and resolving inquiries promptly to ensure every visit is memorable.Store Efficiency: Maintain smooth operations through accurate transaction processing, inventory management, and eye-catching product displays.Collaboration: Work as a team to enhance productivity and efficiency during busy periods, ensuring seamless service for all our customers.Product Knowledge: Dive deep into our outdoor products to effectively assist customers with expert recommendations tailored to their needs.Adaptability: Embrace the dynamic retail environment with a positive attitude, responding quickly to changing priorities and tasks.Effective Communication: Use your communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues in a friendly, informative manner.What You'll Bring to the Role:A genuine passion for the outdoors and a love for connecting with customers.A sunny disposition and an ability to build rapport effortlessly, spreading your enthusiasm to those around you.Excellent communication skills, with a knack for handling inquiries and feedback professionally.Physical stamina and agility to keep up with the fast-paced retail environment, including standing for extended periods and handling moderate lifting.Flexibility to work multiple shifts as needed.Why You'll Love This Role:Join our vibrant team of outdoor enthusiasts where you can share your passion for adventure while providing top-notch customer experiences.
