Tuesday - Saturday roster (39 hours per week)
Our client: Initially starting in Australia our client opened stores across both Australia and New Zealand. They now have over 70 stores and are growing! They work with quality manufacturers and importers ensuring their quality is consistently high for their loyal customers. They offer a wide range of products, from dining and living to kitchen and bathrooms allowing them to cater to a diverse audience of customers you can expect no two days to be the same.
The Role: This role will see you work with a high-performing team providing exceptional consultative sales to their various and loyal customers. With an intricate sales process in place, you will need to possess high attention to detail and be comfortable with tech / POS systems as well as confidence in your sales ability.
Skills and experience you will need to bring to the role: Experience in consultative sales selling high-end/premium products in a retail environment
Ability to work towards & achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Understand a detailed and thorough sales process
An interest or knowledge in interiors/furniture/home decor is preferred
High positive energy
Initiative and the ability to follow set tasks and company processes
The ability to approach, interact and build rapport with a diverse customer base
