Due to growth, we are looking for new talent to bring into our team as we grow the Sustainable Beauty salon movement throughout New Zealand.Qualifications & experienceThe ideal candidate is motivated, dedicated, highly organised and with a passion for people and the planet.You'll be confident presenting to groups, communicating with clients, and negotiating with owners.You'll have a strategic mindset and a flair for business.You'll have the flexibility to travel out of town a few days a month.Professional experience in the hairdressing industry, with ethical products and/or sales, is a plus.Tasks & responsibilitiesAs the Sales Area Manager for the Upper North Island, you'll be tasked with nurturing and growing the Davines brand in Auckland, Whangarei, Hamilton and Tauranga areas.You'll drive sales and add value to the established client base, as well as build new business through recruiting and onboarding new Davines concept salons.You'll develop genuine relationships with your clients and prospects, fully understanding their business needs to deliver winning results for all parties.Base salary + uncapped commission.Car allowance and petrol card.MacBook and iPhone.Auckland-based, full-time role.Your application will include the following questions:How many years' experience do you have as a Sales Area Manager?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?How many years of B2B sales experience do you have?Do you have a current New Zealand driver's licence?
