Sales and Service Manager - Farmers Paraparaumu We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales and Service Manager to join our experienced and passionate Paraparaumu Management team!

As the Sales and Service Manager you will:
Drive department sales and take full ownership for the teams sales performance
Manage, coach, develop and motivate team to exceed sales budgets
Liaise with VM to ensure all visual elements (banners, windows, hot spots) are in place, on time before store opening
Drive a customer service culture across departments by ensuring high levels of customer service
Implement & communicate promotional plans for upcoming events
What we are looking for in our ideal candidate:
2+ years' experience in a similar position (Store Manager small store or Department Manager medium to large store)
Strong sales coaching competence - proven ability in coaching for sales improvement
Excellent team management experience - can motivate and coach a team to improve sales results

This is a permanent full-time role and will involve weekend work and flexibility for early starts and late nights as part of the management roster.
