Harcourts Pukekohe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join their team as an Office Administrator for Sales and Rentals.

This is suited to a bright person with an engaging personality and a winning smile as you will predominantly be at the front desk running reception. You will be well presented, able to work autonomously, be eager to learn, and show initiative.

The is role will involve working Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5pm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for: Maintain effective communication.
Prepare and manage tenant and management packs.
Conduct reference checking and manage key allocation.
Schedule inspections and handle general correspondence.
Advertise properties and update rental listings.
Process and reconcile tenant and owner payments.
Manage bonds and related documentation.
Scan, save, and manage property documents and files.
Sales listing administration including all advertising bookings.
Marketing invoicing & entering bills into Xero.
Manage property listings and associated advertising media.
Order titles, LIMs, and property files.
Create and manage adverts, including social media content.
Book and create window cards and manage signboard rotation.
To be considered, you will need: Experience in administration.
Confident computer skills and be able to pick up new systems.
Problem solving and the ability to multitask.
Ability to follow processes.
Friendly and approachable demeanour.
Eager to learn and take on more responsibility.
You should possess flexibility, reliability, and adaptability, coupled with strong time management skills. The capacity to handle a demanding role is crucial. While experience in Real Estate sales administration would be advantageous, it is not mandatory.

Experience with Palace and VaultRE software would be advantageous but not essential as all training will be provided.
